Today I accompany my brother go to Maybank to recover his blocked account .... We reach Maybank about 2pm but almost 5pm only finish settle .....
Wtf .... One of the worker saw so many customers still want to say she go to have a break ..... still got 30minutes she can go back why still need a break ..... Nvm .....
Most angry is , we wait for so long then only they realize that he didn't help us to give the document to the people who in charge .... Fuck ! So the people who in charge didn't call my brother name .... Ask him when is our turn but he tell us to wait .... Our patience is to let him to realize that our document not let sent to the person ... Waste me almost 3 hrs ....

Use PublicBank better ....

haiz, told u very long time ago to use pb la. even the UTAR also use PB in transaction. PB good in customer services.... always dun listen to me

maybank think less u one customer wont not affect much on it's business. so they wont hiu u with just thousand thousand account. they only hiu million million account 1
hahah .... ya .... there must be a person who say no to maybank one day .... hahah .... then all will follow .... let them realize customer service is important ...
